Product Architecture

We are experts at the initial product configuration studies, and adept at creating conceptual-level CAD to fuel the early innovation stages.

Conceptual CAD Design

Early development of CAD fuels early trade-studies and design-for-manufacturability validations, and we are extremely efficient in developing relevant CAD models for these studies.

Prototyping

3D Printing, fabricating sheet metal, machining metals and plastics, assembly, testing, we do (most all of) it in our in-house shop for the “fail-early, fail-often” mentality.

Detailed CAD Design

We are experts at fully detailing CAD so that all aesthetic and functional surfaces are captured in the solid model. From C-2 surfaces to “fully-drafted-and-rounded” we capture it all to the finest details.

Production Engineering

The focus of all of what we do is getting clients’ ideas to production. Detailed drawings, tolerance-stack analyses, material and finish specifications, critical-to-function dimensions and tolerances – they’re all captured in our production-ready deliverables.

Production Support

We support our clients well into production ramp-up, adeptly and efficiently handling vendor selection, discussions, quality evaluations, and the inevitable changes and revisions.
